Arriving to this charming city in northern Cebu on New Year's Eve 2013, it is amazing to now notice the 'before and after images' of the damage caused by Super Typhoon Haiyan (or Yolanda, as it is referred to locally). So much has been achieved, in just six short months and the resilience and spirit of local people is truly admirable.
